Good on Gas.
Very reliable.
No repairs required in 5 years that I have owned.

Pros: What do you like about 2005 Toyota Matrix?
IS COMFI AND THE HIGH SEATS ARE GREAT. I AM 4 11".
IS LIKE ALL YOU WANT FOR SMALL CAR, SPORT, STATION WAGON.
LOOKS SMALL FROM THE OUTSIDE, BUT COMFI IN THE INSIDE.

FOR THE MOST PART I LIKE THE CAR.

Cons: How would you improve 2005 Toyota Matrix?
IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THAT THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL AND BRAKE PEDAL ARE TOO CLOSE TOGETHER, MY FOOT KEEPS SLIPPING OF THE GAS ONTO THE BRAKE PEDAL. WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR, ABOUT 8 MONTHS AGO THERE WAS A MECHANICS PAPER COVER ON THE DRIVERS FLOOR MAT. WHEN I TOOK IT HOME I TOOK THE COVER OFF AND HERE'S A HOLE IN IT ,PROBABLY A LADIES HEEL. THEY REPLACED THE MAT BUT THE IDEA OF TRYING TO COVER IT UP DOESN'T SPEAK TOO HIGHLY OF THEIR PRINCIPLES. I'VE ONLY OWNED TOYOTAS 30 YEARS. I'M AFRAID THEY'VE LOST ME.
