Pros: What do you like about 2006 Acura RSX?
Everything about this car from bumper to bumper is incredible! I really enjoy driving.
Sporty, stylish, responsive engine, good on gas, easy button operation and reach, red dash light gives it appeal at night. Overall an excellent car.
I don't recommend it if you have kids, it's too much of a fun car to worry about kids (if you get what I mean).
Oh and how can I forget the 6 speed tranny! LOVELY!
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Acura RSX?
Although it's too late because I doubt Acura will make RSXs anymore, the biggest improvement would be the music setup, even though it's BOSE, it sucks.
And even bigger than that would of been to make it a rear wheel drive like the Honda s2000. That would have made the RSX "The Perfect Car"
2006 Acura RSX Review:
Overall I love my RSX type S. I like it so much I invested a few dollars in it to make it just a little more fun to drive. A racing header with complete 3 inch exhaust, a true type R motor cam and a true cold air intake. What a difference! A lot more can be done, but I'm satisfied with the outcome.
Great bang from a 4 cylinder! Only wish I had enough money to buy another one!

OMG, What don't I like about it? I was lucky enough to find a 2006 Acura RSX with only 23,000 miles on it! Boy am I so happy with this car...
My daughter just turned seventeen, so having a 2 door coupe with a sunroof is so FUN for me. I didn't have to worry about a 4 door any longer, no little kids to worry about.
Handles corners really well, nice, tight drive, nice break system!
I like the speedometer design, and how it illuminates red at night...very sleek.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Acura RSX?
Definitely a better sound system.
2006 Acura RSX Review:
They stopped making Acura Rsx in 2006. So I feel blessed to have found such a good running, dependable, great on gas, sports car-type. VERY NICE outside DESIGN, above average sports bucket sport seats, really nice interior and interior design.
All in all I am extremely happy with this purchase!

Remove the small plastic spacer of the back seat, it doesn't really help anyone in the back.
Higher miles/time in the warranty.

It has a lot of everything. Handles, Looks, Gas consumption, standard items that most vehicles in its class don't have or actually copied this vehicle and now they have it on the new ones they come out with.

My RSX is a sheer joy to own and drive, love the handling and control as well as acceleration, also enjoy the very comfy bucket seats and excellent sound system not mention the moon roof.

It is wonderful having a hatchback again; it provides an amazing amount of storage ability without disturbing the line of the vehicle which is really fine and sporty; the wheels are 16in with fantastic mags that came with the vehicle; firm leather wrapped steering wheel and great sound system.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Acura RSX?
Offer the larger engine on the RSX model; while the difference is not really felt until you are ready to exceed the speed limit, it may be an improvement; Needs the reg system like the big brothers have: on star and map traveling console. The auto has plenty of room to make this installation easily.

I purchased my Acura after trading in a 2002 Civic. The civic has become small, drab, but excellent gas mileage. I went to view the Acura line; I was impressed with all models. I fell in love with a greenish/metalic gun color unique to any other care I had seen. The sale was very easy: the car sold itself: solid, sporty feeling and pickup; available in manual transmission with a leather interior or a beautiful tan microfiber seat/side interior. My test drive lasted 18 hrs as I moved from Austin to Nashville. At no time during the 1800 mile stretch did I feel cramped, the seat fit my body and was firmly attached to the body, something Civic lacked severely. Leather seats, who needed them..

2006 Acura RSX Review:
I have had this car for less than a week and have put no more than 400 miles on the car and it has already had the transmission replaced and is in the shop again to fix the same problem. I realize this is an extreme case but it doesn't make things easier on me. I haven't had time to drive the car for fun except back and forth to the dealer to be fixed. Acura is working with me but in a extreme case like this they could replace my car or authorize the dealer to buy it back since it is obviously a lemon. My opinion. Wait to buy the new 2006 RSX till Acura can prove to stand by the cars and recognize a lemon and replace it. Acura can't catch every lemon but I shouldn't be punished for it!
