Pros: What do you like about 2006 Audi A4?
Sound system, front seating, interior storage, climate control, handling, interior and exterior design, trunk space, convertible top & operation of the convertible top and windows from the key lock, and the onboard computer features.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Audi A4?
A more powerful braking system.
2006 Audi A4 Review:
Having driven a Porsche Boxster S for four years, I did not think that I would enjoy the A4 as much. I am so glad that I am wrong. The A4 drives like a dream. It is comfortable and handles well. It is no slouch in the passing lane and performs just as well in the city as it does on the highway. The trunk is unusually roomy for a convertible. The styling and instrumentation is second to none. The fit and finish are superior. Even the basic Symphony sound system with nine speakers is more than adequate. I got the Premium package with my vehicle and love all its components (xenon headlights, electronically adjustable passenger's seat, etc.) I am breaking in my A4 and love its mpg, too

New Navigation system. Smart cards in the stereo. Sport gear on the automatic transmission holds the gears a bit longer. Good speed. Reasonable fuel economy (getting around 25 to a gallon in mixed driving).
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Audi A4?
Ability to play DVDs in the Navigation system and drive the signal to back for kids. Ability to play more than just mp3s on the smart cards. Make the car a little wider for better room inside. Electronic parking brake like the new Passat to get rid of the handle under the arm rest in the center.
2006 Audi A4 Review:
Car has plenty of speed and pickup for a small engine due to the turbo. Handles well and provides a very comfortable ride. Smooth shifting and excellent braking. Interior is clean but don't choose the brushed aluminum; it sometimes reflects sunlight right into the eyes of the driver. A little narrow inside and wouldn't do well for very large drivers. Trunk space is adequate. Plenty of extras to go around. The new navigation system is fantastic with an incredibly good interface. Location of Nav DVD is behind the LCD instead of trunk. Changer is in glovebox, very easy to access. There are two smart card slots (wish it played more than just mp3s, maybe audiobooks as well). Fantastic value.

2006 Audi A4 Review:
A precise machine. Perfectly balanced 6-speeed. Zero turbo lag thanks to the direct injection. Very comfortable seats, even if over 6 feet. Great stereo. Standard suspenion handles great, absorbs bumps. Easy to use navigation.

2006 Audi A4 Review:
The car is so amazing... I blasted a Bimmer from a stoplight the other day! It has the sweetest V6 I've ever driven, and with the manual it really works. quattro has been helpful with the starting of frost in my area of Vermont. The interior is beautiful, and the car itself looks beautiful. The first time I saw it, it was iffy, but now every time I see it, it looks better. I got mine in black over beige leather.

The interior design has to improve. The interiors in every car in the class is better than this (C Class, 3 series, IS, TSX).
2006 Audi A4 Review:
Overall this is a very nice vehicle. It handles extremely well. The ride is much better than expected. Very little noise from the road. Good pricing compared to BMW and Mercedes. I have always heard how great the interiors are on Audi's but I am not very impressed. The plastic surrounding the center console looks cheap. The turbocharged four is excellent but noisy. It is quicker than the 200 hp in my Acura TSX but far more noisy.

Only gripe is that there are too many warning beeps and chimes for seatbelts etc (which I put on, but was in the habit of doing so after starting the car)
2006 Audi A4 Review:
I walked into the Audi dealership on a whim; up to that point I was looking primarily at the new 3-series, the G35 and the IS 250. Without question the A4 has the most functional, egonomically-pleasing and well put together interior in the class. In fact, the A4 feels like it is in a higher class than theother cars mentioned above (particularly the G35 and IS 250), which shows that brute force only goes so far. I test drove both the 2.0T and the 3.2. I went with the 2.0, which performs like most 6s and so far is averaging about 30 MPG (I commute approximately 70 miles total each day). If reliability holds up Audi has earned my repeat business.

Storage under front seats, wonderful balance between power and great gas mileage. QUATTRO IS AWESOME. Interior quality is great. Free maintenance - wouldn't have bought the car otherwise.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Audi A4?
Fix the rough idle, more low end torque. Refine the look of the auto trans. Better cup holders. More standard features. Sport or summer tire choice to replace the all season.
2006 Audi A4 Review:
Just a few hundred miles on my car, but I love this thing. This is my first Audi. Also looked at the IS, TL, G35 & 325i. Have been more of a BMW guy in the past, expected I'd like the 325 better, but after driving 325i, it was no comparison, not as refined. AWD is very nice in corners, perfect balance of comfort and sportiness w/o sport package, wonderful interior quality, and the outside looks are great (love that front end). High 20 MPG even with hard driving. My biggest gripe on the car is the rough idle which is on all 2.0T cars I test drove. Dealer says it's the direct injection. It would be nice for the auto shifter to look a little better, less "Passat." A/S tires lack performance.

BMW has iPod hookup... but Audi doesn't. Get with it Audi! Uncomfortable headrests. One button that has no function on steering wheel. Bose stereo option not yet available when I bought my Audi A4. Also, would have liked a pearl white exterior color option, with chrome trim.
2006 Audi A4 Review:
My last car was a 318ti BMW, which was so much fun to drive, that I thought for sure I would buy another BMW. The RWD BMW was nearly impossible, though, in our Wisconsin winters, so I went in search of a performance car that could also handle snow and ice. Also, I was making the move from manual to automatic, reluctantly, worried I would lose out on performance. The Audi A4 Quattro was the perfect choice. The Tiptronic is the automatic option for those who'd rather drive a stick. AWD bites onto the road, even in slippery conditions. (I'll let you know when the snow hits.) Interior is beautiful: tan leather w/birch wood trim... I can't wait to drive to work everyday! Love this car!

It should have HID lights as standard. Improve rear seat leg room.
2006 Audi A4 Review:
Have been driving the car for over a month already. Handles extremely well (great steering feel) and the 4- cylinder turbo engine provides more than enough performance while keeping fuel costs at a minimum. Don't know yet how reliable the car is since its new so can't comment on that.

New body style, engine, quality build. S Line features are well worth the money.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Audi A4?
The only complaint I have is the rear leg room so no big deal. I tell my passengers get over it as I run through the six speed manual with ease and plenty of power when you need it.
2006 Audi A4 Review:
This is truly an awesome car. It is a blast to drive the 6 speed manual on the country roads over here. Today I went for a drive and enjoyed 35MPG. Responsive engine, German engineering and handling for a reasonable cost. Can't beat it!!! Oh... I forgot to mention we can buy 98.6 Octane petrol here (Shell Optimax) and that can't hurt.
