full of features,it's quiet and rides like a cloud in the sky,interior comfort is great,easy reach controls,v/g fuel mileage,no noise at speed,just a better car than my 04 lexus

Huge back seat room. Does everything for you except wipe (oops sorry!)

Garage door opener signal too weak; dealer service doesn't understand how it works.

smooth ride, comfort interior, easy to drive, feel safe

I do not feel the Lucerne has a quiet interior, this is the second one I own and both have air noise. Heard most loudly when alone in auto. I have never owned an auto that I could not handle the noise like this one.
2006 Buick Lucerne Review:
I love the car but would not buy another because of the noise. You should not hear the racket of trucks and tires on road surfaces, nor the constant road racket. Like you are riding with the windows down.

I own a CXL V6 with heated seats, sunroof, & harmon kardon audio and I like the 19/28 mpg, the comfort,style,and quietness. Its a great car. Mine is a 2007.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Buick Lucerne?
Next one will have darker carpets, larger wheels. And perhaps the optional brushed aluminum door sills (carpet retainers)

Smaller steering wheel,
lower "step" getting in/out of car & it should
be metal so scuff marks do not show. Can not see
behind car - camera or
sensor should be mandatory, better material on interior.

THE STYLING IS GREAT, The comfortable, quiet ride and ease of handling that I experienced during the test drive was the decision maker.

The exterior finish is not as superior as it should be, given the overall beauty of the vehicle. BETTER PAINT AND DETAILING AT DELIVERY !

Move center console arm rest forward 4 inches for better access, simpify computer programing of features, Chrome grill for top line CSX, larger speedo, More usable door storage pockets, deeper cup holders to prevent spills.

2006 Buick Lucerne Review:
Instrument gauges do not work correctly. Fuel Gauge, outside temp. gauge, tachometer always give false readings, takes 10 miles of driving to correct.
