Pros: What do you like about 2006 Ford F-250/F-350?
I love the inside leg and head room. My whole family fits, including a baby car seat and another couple on our family outings! Great city performance and tow performance!
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Ford F-250/F-350?
Add "latch system" for car seat. Improve heated seats (Jeep is much better). I wish a sunroof was an option (is on 2007). Really, all stupid stuff...this is a great truck that performs well, is comfortable, and still turns heads.

2006 Ford F-250/F-350 Review:
I Owned a 2002 Ford F-250 with the 7.3L Powerstroke I was really sceptical about buying a 2006 with the 6.0L Powerstoke because I didn't think the 6.0L engine would be as powerful as the 7.3L. I was pleasantly surprised when I test drove my 2006. The power is great!!! I would'nt give my 6.0L up for any other engine including dodge's cummins inline 6, or chevy's V8 diesel (I test drove them both wasn't impressed with either of them)

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Ford F-250/F-350?
rigid chassis and suspension.very stable towing machine-feels like a good work truck. even xl interior very comfortable and well made.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Ford F-250/F-350?
body panel fit up horrible-bumpers and bed bolted on crooked, passenger door does not conform to cab shape-door jamb lengths not same both sides of truck.
2006 Ford F-250/F-350 Review:
i know someone inside ky truck plant-they tell me doors bumpers and bed alignment biggest problems in quality control in f250 line. he says mfr doesn,t care about clean f250-it is the f150 they strive to perfect.new super chief will be better-more 1 piece stampings on assy line will produce better body panel fitup.

Power matched with reasonable fuel economy

Make the turning radius tighter and soften the ride a little
2006 Ford F-250/F-350 Review:
I am a first time diesel owner and Ford has made a believer out of me. Towing is a breeze and the fuel milage unhooked is amazing for a vehicle this large (hi-way 20.5) I plan to drive this baby a long time.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Ford F-250/F-350?
The truck sits up high and it has great ground clearance. It is very easy to drive, the interior has a lot of room with little to no blind spots. It is a great truck for towing. The tow command system with the towing mirrors are great.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Ford F-250/F-350?
The truck has plenty of power for towing and hauling. but needs more power for lane changes. It is a dog when getting out in traffic.
2006 Ford F-250/F-350 Review:
I feel it is a great truck for towing and hauling, However it need some more pickup in traffic. It is getting around 9 miles to the gallon, which is not bad for a 10,000 GVW truck. Overall I am impressed with this truck. I have always owned Chevy trucks and this is my first Ford. I do however miss the Chevy's power out of the hole.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Ford F-250/F-350?
KI would chose this truck again. There's not another truck in its class from any manufacture that I would rather have. Favorites: everything :-). Front grill, power, interior, mirrors, paint, options, etc. I like everything about it. :-)
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Ford F-250/F-350?
Rear cup holders (even for Supercab), dome light for the rear and map light near the front windshield. User option to have the dome light not turn on when the key is turned off or not. Battery amp/voltage gauge. Additional onboard engine, drivetrain, etc readings. Glove compartment light.
2006 Ford F-250/F-350 Review:
This truck is a very nice truck. I'm a bit disappointed in the fuel mileage after the last outing of 350 miles. Maybe the mileage is very good, but I was really hoping for better with a small block diesel. Straight highway, empty. I went approximately 50 miles for every speed increase to let the onboard computer AVG MPG settle (I have found after 3500 miles, it's very close +/- 1MPG. I was getting: approx 23-24MPG @ 55MPH, 21MPG @ 65MPH, 19MPG @ 75 MPH. The MPG dropped almost on the button 1 MPG for every 5 MPH faster. I topped of the tank to start and and retopped off the tank to verify. The onboard computer was accurate. I was hoping for 20-30% better out of a diesel. Weight ~empty: 7350 (on scales).

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Ford F-250/F-350?
King Ranch option, moon roof, handling, visibility, power, torque, braking controller, Oxford White exterior over Arizona Beige, with matching bed liner! Adjustable seats, foot pedals, power rear window to bed, seating for 5 adults. Very quiet interior compared to previous trucks. 10 of 10.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Ford F-250/F-350?
Ford has created a masterpiece in looks, handling, power, interior room, sound levels. Ford keep up the good work you have done so very well. For maximum work, daily handling, good looks, excellent ride for a 1 ton, leave it alone. The 2006 F-350 needs nothing.
2006 Ford F-250/F-350 Review:
I am a 72 yr old #38 FORD truck owner since age 14. The F-350 '06 KING RANCH Crew Cab 4WD is the very best Ford I have ever owned. The torque & HP is matched perfectly. I have pulled my 16,000# boat & trailer with great ease & handling. We have also had 17,000# on bumper pulling a tractor behind, front end due to tractor load was somewhat light. The KING RANCH option is well worth the added money as the comfort level & feel is awesome. The turning radius on this coil spring setup is far superior to the 2004 we owned. We now have 4000 miles and the earlier mileage was 16-18 MPG, now 13-14. Looking forward to oil change & filter change.
