Own one. My LX handling is awsome - it makes up for the regular 4cyl engine. The transmission is great but I wish it had another gear between 3rd and 4th. The 4th to 5th step is perfect.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Honda Civic Coupe?
6 speed auto trans.
An hybrid with plug in capability with a more powerful electric motor. It should be able to be propelled to 40MPH around town by electric only.

it is a great coupe. it is roomy and has everything you could possibly want and more on the interior. the electronic speedometer is the best.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Honda Civic Coupe?
I love the exterior styling and the aggressive stance. The car handles great. The interior fit and finish is generally excellent. I drive 85-90% highway mileage (my commute is 90 miles a day round trip)and I've gotten about 38-39 mpg on each tank.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Honda Civic Coupe?
I like the emergency brake where it is. It provides a place to rest my right knee when the cruise control is engaged. However, Honda should put something on the handle to provide a cusion for the knee as it rests against the brake handle.

They styling, fuel economy and performance for a 4 cylinder engine. Shift is silky smooth and the fit and finish are top notch

not too much to improve. Only think i can think of is it would be nice if the rear windows opened (or at least swung out)

I have owned an EX for approx a month now. I absolutely love this little car. The ride handling, safety features and fuel eceonomy, not to mention Honda's overall record of quality and reliability, make this car hard to beat in it's class
