Interior and Exterior looks very nice. Handles the road well and has get up an go when needed.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe?
I wish that my seats were electric for the lumbar adjustments.
2006 Hyundai Santa Fe Review:
I have had my Sante Fe for 6 months and feel that the vehicle is a very sound and solid SUV. It handles great, rides very smooth and for a 6 cylinder, has a lot of pep. I feel safe driving it. We have a lot of winds that are very strong and the vehicle never swayed once. The interior is put together nicely, very roomy. All in all, I would buy another Sante Fe when I am ready to trade it in. A very pleased consumer.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe?
I like the fact that I got leather and a sunroof on a new SUV for under $20k. (after rebates and sales price) I like the 5-sp tiptronic transmisison and the 3.5L engine is great on gas, but has plenty of pick up.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe?
The only thing that I would change about the Santa Fe would be to make the passenger side seat power as well. Besides that, perfection!
2006 Hyundai Santa Fe Review:
I bought a used Santa Fe and within six months turned around and purchased a new 2005 Santa Fe LX. The power is perfect for the size and the gas mileage is great for an SUV. The car handles very well and has a sporty feel to it. It is easy to park and easy to drive. It is high enough for good clearance, but still stays on the road. The pricing allowed me to get all of the features I wanted for a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with this SUV and recommend it to anyone looking for a mid-sized SUV.

Down shift works great with passing cars on hills.

More comfortable back seats. My passengers are not very comfy.

Leather Seats, good layout on the controls and radio, sun-roof, power seats, heated seats and traction control.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe?
Better gas milage (I know, I know, it is an SUV, but still...) and PLEASE Hyundai, make the passenger seat with power controls too!
2006 Hyundai Santa Fe Review:
I think the vehicle is great in almost every respect. The only problems are gas milage and the initial quickness off the line for this type of vehicle. If you like to launch off the line when the light turns green, you know what I mean. The midrange acceleration is quite good though. It is great for passing on the freeway etc. Overall, this baby has a lot more pep than I expected from a V6. It handles like a car and yet it has pretty good ground clearance for taking camping trips. This is also where the roof rack comes in handy. God for your tents, chairs, sleeping bags, etc.

Safety features and dashboard cluster easy to read.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe?
Electric controls on the driver seat on the GLS, wider back seat, the door panels are to wide don,t really need the pockets at the back doors.
