Pros: What do you like about 2006 Lexus GX 470?
Mark Levinson sound system; front seats, build quality, comfort and quiet. Excellent off roader in spite of all the luxury.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Lexus GX 470?
Increase the horsepower; make it more nimble. Get rid of the cassette deck! and the rear door which opens sideways.
2006 Lexus GX 470 Review:
A real surprise. The GX470 is a well built, very comfortable SUV -- I looked at the Range Rover and the BMW X5 and am glad I decided on the Lexus. Everything in the car works -- not a single issue in the first 2000 miles. True, it's not a sport sedan -- and it drives like an SUV, not a car. But it has plenty of power and handles well. I'd recommend the GX 470 to anyone looking to replace their mid size SUV.

sports package, navigation, comfort of seats, smoothness and quietness.

Get rid of the tape deck. that's about it
2006 Lexus GX 470 Review:
Great truck. very happy with the purchase. The ride is very smooth and very quiet. Traded in '03 X5 4.4 and couldn't be happier. Test drove X5, Mercedes ML 350, RR Sport, and Lincoln Aviator. They just couldn't match the value of this vehicle. I recommend the sport package. Makes the interior much more attractive.
