Plenty of room for the money. Great power on V-6 model.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mazda Tribute?
Engine noise could be improved. Rides like a truck. Smoother ride would be a definite plus.

Comfortable seating and visability.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mazda Tribute?
Better acceleration. I have the four cylinder/five speed combination. But even with that combination it's sluggish on take off especially with the air conditioner running.

illuminate window switches and cruise control switches; add radio volume controls to steering wheel; improved gas mileage; telescopic steering wheel; auto up & down power windows; standard side & curtain airbags; 4-wheel disc brakes standard; traction & stability control standard.

2006 Mazda Tribute Review:
I was looking for a reliable, economical, dependable, good looking car. I found it in the tribute Mazda. I feel secure and safe in this vehicle; in fact I just returned from a emergency trip to Texas. I went by myself. I am a female 67 years old and I felt secure driving the Tribute. The gas mileage was good 26.7mpg on the highway. My average speed was 67mph. I am no speed demon. I have had many compliments on my vehicle, all of them positive.

Handling is quick and very responsive. The cruise control is accurate and stable. It is enjoyable to drive in town or on the interstate.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mazda Tribute?
Standard side airbags and power seats would be a plus.
2006 Mazda Tribute Review:
This vehicle has been a joy to own and drive. I get 20 mpg in town and 26 mpg on the interstate. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone!

Easy to open up back with second seats. Comfort. Tires and batteries for life.
2006 Mazda Tribute Review:
Nice car, good value and very comfortable. A couple of items not up to speed. Clothing hanger is poor and there is only one. The antenna must be removed with a wrench to go through a car wash. Pain in the behind. Otherwise, great for road trips and good mileage.

Mileage could be improved, seats could be a lil' softer.
2006 Mazda Tribute Review:
Purchased it early 2005. Fun to drive. Peppy around town. Highway ride is stiffer but okay. Can't beat the price. Best buy for the price and among its competitors. Steering and braking is very accurate. It's a sporty SUV with good looks.

Body looks smart, sleek, and sexy. Attracts a lot of smiles and nodding approval, so ... step tubes and spoilers are a plus! It shines!

Front floor mat has a tendency to roll under at the top. Center console could be better, the 2003 was tops!

This little puppy has guts and handles nicely in any situation. Acceleration from 0 -60 is quick, smooth, and a pleasure to experience. Trusty reaction time! Nice interior with spacious leg room, well laid out, and all controls in easy access.

Room & handling. Good view of the road ahead. Good headLights and fog lights make night time driving a lot better.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Mazda Tribute?
Like to see door lock control on passenger side front door. Cruise controls on wheel should light up with lights on, hard to find in dark.
2006 Mazda Tribute Review:
So far so good after the first 1,000 miles. Like the ride and handling. First long trip over 350 miles one way and got 21 miles to a gallon.
