Great on GAS.
Handling is a dream.
Very fun to drive and last but not least Toyota dependability!!!
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Scion xB?
More power to move when needed on interstates.
Better windshield glass, I have replaced my three times now.
2006 Scion xB Review:
Very please with my xB. My 2006 has 68,000 miles and have never had any problems except with having to install three windshields due to non-impact cracking in the center. The windshield that I have now has been perfect for the past year and one half.
Love this vehicle!!!

Toyota reliability. No problems at 112,000 miles.
Drives great.
Corners and handles excellent.
Great visibility.
Awesome head room. I am very tall.
Really cheap to operate.
Expect to run this car to 200,000 miles plus.
Easy to get in and out of.
Plenty of cargo space.
A joy to drive.

2006 Scion xB Review:
I am an older person. This is the easiest car I ever owned to get in and out of. You have great vision from the inside because of the large windshield. This is the most reliable car and the cheapest to operate at 112,000 miles that I have ever owned. Front brakes and tires is all I have replaced on this car. This is a superior automobile than the American built auto's I have owned. I would rate this car perfect.

Neat looking.
Compact but not to compact.
Good MPG.
Roomy.
High head room.
Lots of windows-no blind spots.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Scion xB?
Better inside lighting.
Doorlocks should lock when in drive.
Windows could go down quicker.
Armrest needs to be higher and wider.
2006 Scion xB Review:
I have had mine now for 1 week, it has 42,000 miles on it and it looks brand new. I'm 6'4"@245lbs. and have no problem getting in/out of car. I get all kinds of looks when I pull in to park or drive down the road.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Scion xB?
Room, can't get that room in a sedan or coupe. Gas mileage, pep, more after adding KN air filter. Radio has super sound (upgraded). Headlights really light up the road, all around dependability. Four full size adults can ride in great comfort, as the cars size might not reflect that.
Cons: How would you improve 2006 Scion xB?
Armrest (center console armrest needs to be 2 inches higher). Cruise would be great. Interior lighting would be a great help, low level. Why didn't they make a panel wagon or like from this design. I believe a panel wagon (no rear seat, or side glass, a flat cargo area, fold down front passenger seat. a true great delivery or work use vehicle) super room for anything.
2006 Scion xB Review:
Over all the Xb has Toyota's great craftsmanship. A great vehicle offering is its true side. The toaster as it was called has proven to be a great vehicle.

2006 Scion xB Review:
I have 21,000 on my XB. So far the only problem was something with the traction control that it took the dealer three days to fix. Not what I expected from a Toyota.
Other than that it's been flawless.
Needs better interior lighting and side defrosting and cruise control would be handy.

I have owned many expensive, extra-fine vehicles, but this is the first time in my life that I enjoy driving. I no longer have a "wandering eye" as far as cars go. It is a great compact car for large people, yet it has the room of a minivan. It has great leg room for back seat passengers. It is low, and easy for elderly passengers to get in and out of. It has tremendous space for its size.
