Pros: What do you like about 2006 Toyota Camry?
Poor quality motor. Cheap interior. Exterior is ugly!!!

Cons: How would you improve 2006 Toyota Camry?
Rear Passengers need more room. Seat uncomfortable for anything but a short commute. Japanese don't understand thermodynamics. Gas milage poor for such a wimpy motor.

Pros: What do you like about 2006 Toyota Camry?
Gas mileage, price, looks nicer than it's actually worth, the factory stereo is pretty good, and the trunk is huge.

Cons: How would you improve 2006 Toyota Camry?
Transmission performance by far! The hesitation in the transmission is so annoying and it worries me sometimes. Also, around 40 mph it does this weird thing where if you slightly let off the gas (trying to maintain a steady speed) it jerks and then when you accel again it jerks again. I'm happy about everything else with the car.

2006 Toyota Camry Review:
Overall I'm very happy with the car except the transmission, which is a vital part of the car. I have had my 2006 Camry since Nov. 2005 and I would already like to get something else that doesn't have the transmission problem. I planned on having this car for at least five years, but I'm not sure if that will happen.

Fuel economy.
Appearance (looks like a lexus; my black 2006 Camry is GORGEOUS).
Price; affordable.

Driver's seat adjustment: the thigh support isn't there. Should go up higher under my knees.

2006 Toyota Camry Review:
This is my first Camry but it won't be my last. I love it, it's beautiful, the fuel economy is worlds better than my previous vehicle (an SUV), it's quiet, and looks a lot more expensive than it actually was.

The body style, it looks 'friendly'. Some cars look scary. I always feel I can depend on my Camry.

Cons: How would you improve 2006 Toyota Camry?
I don't know - I suppose more power, and the a/c more powerful. That's about it.

the over-estimated gas mileage referred by Toyota made me do the wrong decision to buy 2006 Camry. I regret to trust Toyota's ad for such decision, in particular as a Toyota's long-term owner.

RELIABLE, roomly, logical & easy to use controls, solid, good visability, ecomonical, looks.

Cons: How would you improve 2006 Toyota Camry?
More power for the 4 cyl engine, better sound insolation, more powerful a/c, more options.

I dislike, a lot, the engine which is not as quiet as my last (1998) camry and the hesitation in acceleration. I wish I had bought a different car.

Placement of Audio controls on steering wheel 3 or 9 o'clock position

2006 Toyota Camry Review:
Purchased 2006 XLE with options GU and HD. Car rides smooth and excellent handling . Placement of audio controls on steering good idea bad location ( should be at 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock) not 5 and 7.
