I HAVE A 2002 2500 AV AND THIS NEW 2007 IS QUITE REFINED. MY TEENAGERS LIKED THE POWER OF THE 8.1 LITER BIG BLOCK BUT THE AMENITIES OF THE 2007.

it's a great truck. it rides and looks great and tows well and is versatile.
Cons: How would you improve 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche?
fuel economy is 15% below the sticker 15/20mpg.Needs improved leather seats on the LTZ especially. the bed could be a little deeper as cargo often hits the release levers.

i love the truck. i hope it holds up over the long term. it out performs my previous 2004 Sequoia and looks so much better. i wish it were assembled in the U.S.A however versus Mexico.I'd definitely by another, it's awesome.

its a truck for all seasons.the way it truns and handles on the highway.I drive cross country alot its just great.

I would like to see more color options and the passinger seat s/b auto

I like the sleek design without the body cladding

The door handles on the inside have been raised above the arm rest and are very awkward as well as the Onstar buttons on the rear view mirror are hard to see and are not accessable as they were on the dash panel....

add a 5or6 speed automatic transmission and built in brake controller from factory.It already comes pre wired!

Love the new design of the exterior over the previous '02 model that i had. The 8/4 cylinder engine sounds promising with fuel prices continuing to climb.
Cons: How would you improve 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche?
Did not like the center console compared to my '02. aAso liked the push button 4 wheel drive controls on my '02 and where are my coin holders? The fake wood trim on the dash doesn't need to look sooo fake.
2007 Chevrolet Avalanche Review:
Overall I like my new '07 very much. If I could have the best of both worlds however, I would combine the things I miss that were on my '02 with the things I love about my '07.
