LOTS OF ROOM. GREAT SEATING CONFIGURATIONS.
SOUND SYSTEM ROCKS.
I GOT THE 1.8L STANDARD. EVERYONE SAYS HOW PEPPY IT IS. ONLY THING I DID IS PUT IN A K/N FILTER.
AND THE PERFORMANCE 2.4 LITRE EXHAUST (WITH CHROME TIP).

I HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR 5 YEARS NOW AND BESIDES THE BASICS
I HAD CONTROL ARMS TIERODS UNDER WARRANTY.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS GREAT.
TONS OF HEAT CHILL ZONE WORKS. YOU NEED TO HAVE THE DRINKS COLD TO BEGIN WITH OR IT WILL NOT WORK.
LOVE THE WAY THE DASH LIGHTS UP. THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE IS HAVING TO REACH THROUGH THE STEERING COLUMN TO SEE THE OUTSIDE TEMP/TRIP/ODO.
PEOPLE, YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER YOU'RE NOT BUYING A SPORTS CAR FOR 80,000.

Nice driving car.
Cons: How would you improve 2007 Dodge Caliber?
Nothing, never had a problem with the car, changed the alternator, tires after 44,000 miles not bad at all. Got a wheel alignment when I changed the tires and I was hardly out of alignment. I always watch what they are doing when they touch my car. These other people had so many problems with this car, maybe it's not the car, but the drivers.

Speakers(sound).
Space, I have moved and was able to fit a lot of boxes in it with the seats down.
Cons: How would you improve 2007 Dodge Caliber?
I have had to take it to the dealership 3 times for overheating problems. I have had to change the tie rods. I have had to buy a new battery. I have had 2 alignments and now they are telling me that my Ball Joints need to be worked on. UGH!!!! This is my first car and I will never go Dodge AGAIN!!
2007 Dodge Caliber Review:
Bad Experience. Very disappointed. Hopefully when I trade it in, I won't have so many issues with my new vehicle. You are suppose to like driving your car, right?!

I would say to re-call the whole car...and have it really looked over..
2007 Dodge Caliber Review:
Funny, I was just looking at the reviews for the 2007 Caliber.. and I was very shocked to see allot of people talking about what I have just went through with my car...
My car only has a little over 48,000 miles on it...I just bought a new set of tires...When I took it in to have the tires put on...I was Told that the Tie Rods/ ball joints were totally shot....also the upper and lower control arms were shot...so badly that I could have gotten in a accident and killed my self or worse....some one else....
I was also advised to get the car off the road until I could afford to fix these problems....$1,200.00.
I called around to other dealer ships and like allot of people just posted I was told that is very common in these 2007 Calibers...but as far as they knew..the was no recalls of any kind...
I called Dodge my self...and the first 3 people I talked to pretty much told me I was...S O L...no recalls...to bad..fix it...
THEN.....I was mad...because this car was paid for in cash...my very first NEW car...and I only drive it 11 miles this way..and 11 miles that way...and MAYBE if I go to Walmart another 11 miles...there was no way that this car should have ANY problems....
So the 4th call I made to Dodge the same day.... I talked to this very nice lady Kris...and she also told me that there was no re-calls on my car problems BUT any way she could help she was going to...She gave me a case number....I had to take it to a Dodge Dealer and have them look at it and tell me what they found....I was told the same thing, Both outer tie rods...both lower control arms needed to be replaced or there would be a BAD accident.....Kris was always in contact with me...I never had to wait on the line or wait for a call back...
Long story shorter...Dodge paid for all except $200.00...
I am a little bit concerned about "what next"..I will have to cross that bridge when I get to it...

There is not much! The pull down stereo in the hatch is nice, stereo is decent and it's nice having a plug-in in the car.
Cons: How would you improve 2007 Dodge Caliber?
This will be a LONG list!!
1. The 2007 Caliber has a severe leaking problem, definitely manufacturer defect that is not under recall or warranty (horrible!!)
2. It has very little power.
3. It has less room inside than most cars and I can fit more in the back of my Hyundai Accent then this crossover.
4. While the seats are mostly comfortable, the headrests are horrible and make for very uncomfortable car rides.
5. For being a top of the line model with all the extras you would think it would have come with a DVD player in the back...maybe??
6. The "cooler" in the glove box is a cute selling point, but doesn't work and is basically useless. This car has been nothing but a pain for us!!

2007 Dodge Caliber Review:
This is by far the biggest disappointment I've had in a vehicle. I want to like this vehicle very badly but with only 60,000 miles it's already showing rust bubbles and now I have to replace my shocks, front struts, the tie rod. And the air conditioning is now broke and I'm facing constant over heating. This is inexcusable for a car with only 60k. It is especially frustrating since I only have a handful of payments left and was hoping to take it to at least 100k - I'm trading it in asap to avoid all the problems ahead. No more Chrysler brand cars for me. How crazy that we all seem to be having the same problems...

Cons: How would you improve 2007 Dodge Caliber?
I have had my Caliber for about ten months and I got it used. Now I am having all kinds of trouble with it. So far it has cost me more than the cost almost. I think I got a lemon. First went the alternator, which cost about 800 hundred and now the spark plug are shot. And than I get a bad miss and a value tap and I can guess I need to either get another car or just keep sinking more into this one.
