Pros: What do you like about 2007 Honda CR-V?
GAS MILEAGE!!! For an SUV, I get 28 MPG in mixed city/hwy!!!
Cons: How would you improve 2007 Honda CR-V?
Rear cargo hatch needs door release lever inside cabin.
Front driver's armrest should have the ability to independently adjust position.
Front drivers seat on EX-L needs to be powered.
2007 Honda CR-V Review:
Of all the new vehicles I've owned (7 in the last 15 years), this one is my first Honda and THE BEST so far!! She delivers a welcome 28MPG mixed driving (have hit 33MPG on the highway ~ albeit doing 59 in a 70)!!!! Roomy, SMARTLY designed!!!, Great on-board computer to calculate range and mpg, LOVE the XM Radio - my first on wheels and will certainly keep it!
Exterior finish is near flawless; ditto for interior trim.
Rear seats fold down and up and are not only adjustable horizontally, but RECLINE AS WELL!!!! A Very, Very nice feature for rear seat passengers!
Barring any unforseen events, this vehicle will be my first long-term "keeper," and I've invested considerable resources into her under that same premise (i.e: tinting, fog lamps, 3M Clear Bra Protection, deluxe sunshield...). She's svelte, sexy, and very comfy too; Fun to drive and fun to be in! Get the Leather (EX-L), check out the Borrego Beige and Green Tea exteriors, pass on the Navi (a 5X overpriced option that you can always aquire as a "plug-in" from companies like Garmin ~ my last vehicle had one and it is only occasionally useful, unlessyou live in a city). Comfortable ride, great MPG, and Plenty of Room. The New American Dream!!!!!

I LOVE HONDA - DRIVES WITH NO PROBLEMS, LOOKS GREAT. SHOULD HAVE REAR SPOILER AND ROOF RACK INCLUDED IN PRICE, NOT EXTRA.

Build/finish are very good.
Performance and mileage are as advertised.
Features are good.

There is a problem with cupping on the non drive wheels that the dealer or reputable tire shop can't repair. Poor response from Honda and the dealer. Results in enough costs that we are selling the CRV.

Pros: What do you like about 2007 Honda CR-V?
I own a 2007 Honda CR-V EXL. I am overall very satisfied with this purchase.
The interior has plenty of space and the look is modern.
We have 42K miles on the car our only maintenance has been 2 tires, front breaks and the driver side power window switch went bad.
I average 26 MPG's when i drive, my wife gets like 18 MPG's (she has a leadfoot!).
The best part of this car is the handling in the snow. I drove from Buffalo to Pittsburgh in a blizzard (white out!), there must have been 20 cars off the road in ditches and the CR-V held up!
Cons: How would you improve 2007 Honda CR-V?
3 complaints:
1. The seats for long road trips are very uncomfortable.
2. The tires only lasted 10K miles.
3. I rated the inside a 3 out of 5 because i had to replace the driver side window switch and Honda charged me $250. I still make LARGE monthly payments on this vehicle and I was surprised they would not honor some type of warranty.

Honda 2007 CRV looks great inside and out.
I like the size as well.
Great on gas.
Drives nice in summer.
Cons: How would you improve 2007 Honda CR-V?
The navigator is not reliable at all as well as not user friendly, hand held ones operate better than the built in one.
The change compartment should be located higher with a cover or drawer.
The screen should have more options such as using an USB, SD card or DVD's.
The main issue I have is control in the winter time. I had no control, very slippery, couldn't stop properly on a number of occasions (and I don't have a lead foot) and made few 360's out of the blue, and even got stuck once or twice in the snow. Perhaps it's the tires but for an SUV, how expensive it was and for 4 wheel drive, this is unacceptable. My two previous cars (90' Honda civic cx and 98' Honda Accord) had much better control in the winter than this Honda CRV.
2007 Honda CR-V Review:
I had high expectations and bought my CRV with pure excitement, only to be let down and disappointed in a big way. Now I am thinking of getting a different vehicle. I will not purchase or recommend the 2007 CRV or perhaps CRV's in general based on my experience.

Very good styling.
Color choices were good.
Good mileage for an all-wheel drive.
Engine performs well.
On the second try we found a very good dealer who provides good service.
Cons: How would you improve 2007 Honda CR-V?
The rear tires wear prematurely.
I have worn out 6 tired and have only 45,000KMs (30,000miles) on the car.
The alignment bolts had to be replaced as they were not long enough.
Is the rear suspension not heavy enough? Was the car damaged before sale?
2007 Honda CR-V Review:
While I love every other thing about this car I will not spend $1,000 every 15,000 to 20,000 miles for tires for it.

I wish it was a little tougher a small bump and scratch set me back 2700 the parts are expensive and car is delicate.

make the ride smoother. Too rough! Improve rear view. Tough to see when backing/ Big Blind spots.
