Pros: What do you like about 2007 Jeep Commander?
Looks great.
Smooth ride.
Plenty of cargo space ---we have no children so third row not used.
Cons: How would you improve 2007 Jeep Commander?
Have had no problems.
Gas mileage is about the same as our Ford F150 but we expected that.
No surprises suprcrew.
2007 Jeep Commander Review:
The Jeep has been great so far and no mechanical problems. The vehicle has lots of power. 5.7 hemi v8 and handles very good on the highways in Florida which is always a pain in the ***. It is the wife's primary vehicle and she feels safe while driving it which is the most important thing.

FIX WATER LEAKING INTO VEHICLE PROBLEM.
TRANSMISSION PROBLEM.
STALLING PROBLEM.
SERVICE 4WD LIGHT PROBLEM.

BASICALLY ANYTHING THAT GOES WRONG- DOES! I HATE THIS JEEP. IT SHOULD BE PAINTED YELLOW BECAUSE IT IS A LEMON!

Improve gas mileage.
Get rid of the fabric insert on the rear leather seats.
2007 Jeep Commander Review:
The vehicle has been stalling since I have owned it. It has been taken back to the dealership numerous times. Either they cannot duplicate the problem or they are ignoring it. I am averaging about 11 miles per gallon in the city and 13 hwy. Overall, not very happy with the vehicle. Rear and front bumpers as well as luggage rack are all fading.

Smooth Ride
Towing power

Passenger Side Mirror is loose and dealer states it is normal, it didn't do that when I bought it.
A/C needed filling last summer, was not very cool this summer but dealer says it is normal.
MANY Blind Spots, if it wasn't for the other people on the road paying attention I would have been in many wrecks when I first got it. You will re learn to look over your shoulder before you change lanes like they taught you to do in drivers ed.
2007 Jeep Commander Review:
Gas Mileage 17-18 city, 21.5-22 Highway. Roomy, Stereo sounds great.

2007 Jeep Commander Review:
A great vehicle - Gas mileage is good, comparing it to my other vehicle Saturn Vue - Same gas mileage 18/19 average. Highway with the Commander is 21.5 mpg not bad!!! I love it I got the 3.7L V6

Fix, Leaks, electrical system,stalling, transmission failing,gas mileage.Get rid of the constant seatbelt alert when seat belt is not on.
2007 Jeep Commander Review:
For the money I would not recommend this vehicle. Jeep barely wants to fix it problems at the dealerships.

More leg room for third row seat. Include cargo nets. Improve gas mileage.
2007 Jeep Commander Review:
I totally feel ripped off. They state that you get 16/22 mpg, but I'm averaging 10/16 mpg. Horrible horrible mileage.

Rear view is obstructed...
additional cup holders for a 3 passenger 2nd row.
lower 3 row head rest or height of 3 row seats. More room in cargo area when all seats are used.
