Roominess, nice comfortable ride on long trip, not bad gas mileage, dependable so far.
Cons: How would you improve 2007 Mercury Milan?
Have '05 Accord also. Would like to see the same following features on Milan that Accord has & I would buy. Driver & passenger mirrors on outside push in when parking on street, lower rear for more visibility, more punch on 4 cyl, better positioning of contols by steering wheel (turn signals etc), more open space above gas pedal.

I have a Milan with the sport rims and spoiler leather seats. It a sharp looking car well worth the money.

While I only have it for a week, it has great pick up and response. The interior looks sharp and the heated seats feel great. Also, you are unable to lock yourself out if you leave the key in the ignition. The 8 speaker is the way to go

I do not know any way to improve on the car since it has all of the features needed and the trunk is large enough for any family.

Front and side curtain airbags. 4 wheel ABS provide strong braking. 221 HP V-6 provides excellent acceleration. Superb styling and excellent fit and finish. Gas mileage is very good.

Larger lock/unlock buttons on the key fob.
2007 Mercury Milan Review:
I recently purchased a new 2007 Milan Premier FWD with a 221 HP engine. The auto has excellent safety features with the 4 wheel ABS and front and side curtain airbags. Gas mileage is very good for a 3200 lb vehicle. I suspect the 6 speed automatic transmission plays a role in the very good gas mileage. The overall styling is superb. The exterior puddle lamps are a nice amenity. Excellent value for a car in this category.
