2007 Mitsubishi Outlander Review:
I purchase a 07 Outlander LS from Courtesy in Attleboro Massachusetts. I had the clunking sound in the front end, the wind noise from the mirror which both problems were addressed and repaired in one day. After repairs were made, I had a terrible wind noise from the top of the drivers & passenger doors which they could not diagnose. Also a clicking sound coming from the windshield where it meets the dash area sounding like the windshield was not seated properly. I also had a squeeking sound coming from the suspension which they could not diagnose either. This vehicle only had 1900 miles on it. At that point, they had the Mitsubishi rep come and go on a test drive with me. The man played deaf and dumb. He said whatever I was hearing was a characteristic of the vehicle. Well, I told him that the vehicle was a lemon and basiclly a piece of junk. I got no where with that so I went to another dealership, East Providence Mitsubishi and traded that clunker in. Ended up having to pay $3000.00 dollars more for the new one which I added sun & the rockford fosgate stereo to. Nicer truck but developed the same problems but this time added a new problem, sunroof rattle & the right rear window clunking when opened a quarter of the way. Needless to say, this dealer ship can't fix any of the problems either. I am fed up with Mitsubishi's and will NEVER buy another one of their products and have also Recommended to all my friends and collegues to stay clear of all of their products. They are nothing but junk boxes with incompetentservice departments and un-caring personnel. A very dissatisfied customer. Since, The junk outlander has been traded in yet again with more of a loss for the very depenable Subaru Outback. So long Mitsibishi.

Jump start right off the bat. One you touch the acceletator you'll begin to experience the incredible experience of a japanese engine. Bluetooth and Sirius service on the navigation system is awesome (although the N. system is outdated). Surround sound is excellent and the new design is attractive.

If you're looking for a modern experience and great speed the Outlander 2007 xls is just the right choice. Love the price compare to other models that seem to be overpriced

Exterior styling, smooth ride, fun handling, cargo space, fold down tailgate feature, pricing.

More torque and power in low ranges and for passing, better color options, nicer interior finishing features.

Very attractive and sporty with lots of bells and whistles.

More power. It's aggressive looks should be complimented by a little more oomph.
2007 Mitsubishi Outlander Review:
I beleive that Mitsubishi did almost everything right here. The Outlander is a well equipped refreshment to the compact SUV market. Its lack of power however is puzzling and should be offering a turbocharged version to really hit it home!

car drives great and in bad weather it holds the road like no other car I've ever driven. IT's quiet and I'm actually getting the gas milage that the dealer told me I'd get!Great car.

Cheap, can seat 7 small people, great brakes.

You get what you paid for. Spend the little extra money and get a Mitsubishi Endeavor or Montero.
2007 Mitsubishi Outlander Review:
At first glance the 2007 Outlander seems to be a well equipped mid sized SUV for the money. Be careful because you get what you pay for. I found that out the hard way and am trying to save you the troubles I have been going through with this SUV. I have only owned it for less than 3 months. The accessories seem like cheap "Wal-Mart Quality". The super cheap carpet mats already have holes in them after 14,000 miles and the weather striping loses it's elasticity, you'll also find the inferior stereo isn't up to the task of drowning out the road noise. I am 5'3" and average weight and would say the driver's seat with cloth is extremely uncomfortable after sitting in it for an hour for someone like me. It is ok at first but begins to give you cramps after a while and I feel exhausted. Maybe the leather interior would solve this. Also upgrade to the Rockford Fosgate audio system if you truly must buy this SUV. I have been to the dealer 3 times already for broken electronic gauges and lights and have been left stranded with a broken fuel pump once but this is expected with such a new vehicle. I know Mitsubishi is not doing very well and I guess they decided to skimp on quality to make more money. If you are truly interested in the Outlander try to rent it for a day or two. I do not think you will like it very much. I average 18 MPG in mixed driving with the A/C on 22 MPG with it off. I do not believe Mitsubishi's mileage estimates are very accurate at all. I do like other Mitsubishi SUV's and would recommend the Mitsubishi Endeavor to anyone but DO NOT BUY a outlander.
