excellent acceleration...followed a 5 series at 90 miles an hour for 50 miles on the highway..felt like I was going 35...manual shift is also very smooth...convertible top is surprisingly quite
Cons: How would you improve 2008 BMW 1-Series?
cannot read the radio display with polorized sunglasses..this is really strange and a little annoying
2008 BMW 1-Series Review:
opted for the 128i versus the 135i...great choice for 5 grand less the car is fantastic !!!

Very nice work through out. Smooth car, handles well, reasonable quite for a convertible.

Seats could be a little more comfortable.
2008 BMW 1-Series Review:
Great new car and just right for the times we are in with gas prices going up and up and parking spaces getting smaller all the time.
Plenty of power with terrific road handling. The convertible is tight when up and secure when down. Handles rain very, very well - hopefully snow as well?! The controls are all easy to access and use. Great car, perhaps a tad pricy.
