Pros: What do you like about 2008 Honda Civic Si?
Performance is great, along with looks both interior and exterior.
I love the way Vtec cracks at 5800 rpm, reminds me of a powerband on a motorbike when I was younger.
Cons: How would you improve 2008 Honda Civic Si?
I would make the regular Civic with an N/A k20z3 motor and make the Si model with a supercharger and larger exhaust. This way we could get a factory supercharger for about 3000 extra on the sticker price, and smoke the S#!T out of all the other cars in its "class".
2008 Honda Civic Si Review:
It is the best N/A car for the money. People tend to compare Si's to cobalt SS, Mazda speed3, or GTI.... but they forget one thing, all of these other cars have power adders. Take the supercharger or turbo off of these cars and do you think they would come close to staying with the Si? Not a chance! The Civic Si competes consistently with other cars that shouldn't even be in the same class as it.

This car is AWESOME. I just bought a 2008 Honda Civic Si (4-door), and I couldn't be happier.
The handling is great, the engine sounds wonderful, and the aesthetics couldn't be better.
The interior design was well thought-out, and the exterior will definitely turn heads.
It doesn't have as much torque as say a Mitsubishi Lancer Reliant, but it still does the job with 197 HP.
Cons: How would you improve 2008 Honda Civic Si?
I would say the only downfall of the 2008 Honda Civic Si is the use of suede on the center console and the armrests on the doors. I try to remind myself as much as possible not to slide my arm around on them, but other than that, I have no other complaints!

It's a very comfortable car to drive.

Gears are very short.
Be prepared for lots of gear changes.

Very Sexy Car, I almost bought a turbo BMW but I am too practical! This car is incredible!! It handles like a BMW, obviously it does not not have the torque or horsepower of a BMW but it is exhilarating!!!! I will tell you when you are in the RPM's though 5000 + it sings beautifully!!! This car loves to be pushed to 8,200 RPM's.

Leather interior and climate control would add a lot!!

Buy It!!! Drive it!! Then you can write a review because it sings like a fine tuned airplane engine. Actually, I have flown airplanes and this engine is a work of machine finesse!!! Once you hear this engine on a road you will fall in love....

Fast and pretty powerful for a naturally aspirated car. With a turbo, I suspect the car would kill any mazdaspeed 3's, s2000, 08 cobalt ss, and some other v6's...sharp crisp lines, the si is a sharp ride.

Great car for the money. Just passed the 1,200 mile mark and really enjoy driving it. Engine and exhaust sound great (especially over 5000 RPM).

I love the gages being short it makes it perfect to see them all and the telescopic steering wheel is a big comfort.
Overall I love it Honda had a perfect design in my eyes.

Go a little more away from economy and give it a little more power.
But it is definitely perfect as it sits.

Everything! This car is super quick, sounds great, when you hit 6000 to 8000 rpms the car takes off in another gear. It makes you want to redline everytime you get on it hard. It handles great, the the inside feels comfy and the seats hug you too. I get 26 to 27 mpg in the city using 89 octane gas. That is well above what the sticker says.

I didn't buy it sooner. Offer a faster version I guess. A supercharged or turbo version with 18" wheels. Lower the price of the navigation system so I can get it.

I really love this car. I look for excuses to get out and drive even though gas is way out of control. I can go fast and still get over 25 mpg in the city. If you want something fun to drive and is a combo of smart and speed this car is for you. You only live once, have some fun!

first of all they are right. the exterior is awsome.but as soon as you sit in it and drive it,you know right away that car is race inspired. i just got one 08 black on black and it's bad ass.

the only thing that bugs me just a bit is that you feel every little bump in the street. p.s put a v6 in that bad boy lol
