Pros: What do you like about 2008 Toyota Tundra?
Overall very happy with Tundra.
I don't even know my boat is there when towing it.
Impressed with storage space!
Cons: How would you improve 2008 Toyota Tundra?
I do having a pinging noise at times but only when I engage in drive. I have tried 93 octane but still does it. Will have dealer check out next oil change.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Toyota Tundra?
The seats especially the folding ones in the rear.
Riding higher, turning radius.
Brakes and smoothness of the steering.
Compartments compartments! Lots of storage space.
Air and heat work exceptionally well.
Defrost mirrors (cool).
Coating and protection along the bottom sides is sweet.
The 5.7 motor is strong and responsive. I owned a Grand Prix GXP 5.3, gas mileage is better in my dbl cab Tundra.
Cons: How would you improve 2008 Toyota Tundra?
Engine noise, sounds like there's a bad lifter but all is good.
Stereo system, better speakers.
Heads up display on windshield would be sweet.
Chrome rims on base models.
Dual tail pipes.
Bed liner (spray).
2008 Toyota Tundra Review:
Excellent truck. Researched the heck out of it before I purchased. Friend has one 385,000 miles 6,000# trailer, no problems. The reputation is why I bought it.
All and all reliable and powerful roomy truck.
Love the 5 speed shift/ tow pkg.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Toyota Tundra?
Everything. Great truck.
Cons: How would you improve 2008 Toyota Tundra?
A little too plasticky interior, especially console.
2008 Toyota Tundra Review:
Sold domestic vehicles for 30 plus years. I don't think that the big 3 will ever get a clue in to what makes a consumer happy. Toyota has.

Performance.
Leather interior is awesome.
The handling is rad.
Cons: How would you improve 2008 Toyota Tundra?
Gas mileage totally sucks - 5.7, lifted 4x4, maybe 10 miles per gal.

Best truck ever owned.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Toyota Tundra?
What's not to like this truck? It has all. You could not get me in another Ford even if you bought it for me.
Cons: How would you improve 2008 Toyota Tundra?
Camera for the back.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Toyota Tundra?
I leased mine, to make sure this was the truck for me, and it is, I just checked my lease agreement and saw that the buyback to own it out right is less by about $4000 then what the truck is selling for on dealer or private sellers, so I think I made a smart buy.
Cons: How would you improve 2008 Toyota Tundra?
The gas mileage.
The interior could of been nicer.
I find the truck just a little bigger, hard to do back ups without bumping and a bit hard to park it because you sit high, a camera would be great.
Otherwise a truck I will keep till it falls a part.
2008 Toyota Tundra Review:
If you own a 2008, you made a good buy, great work truck and is always getting looks, knock on wood I have owned it since late 2007 with no problems, except for the current recalls concerning the gas pedal. My sister in law in Maine owns a Toyota jeep which is about 30 years old and it starts every time and rides great. Toyota makes good vehicles.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Toyota Tundra?
Very powerful truck.
Great ride.
Great brakes.
Very roomy for size of truck.
Handles great.
Good turning radius.
Great towing my 9600# fifth wheel travel trailer.
Cons: How would you improve 2008 Toyota Tundra?
Fix the motor noise. I just came out of a 7.3 and it sounds almost the same.
Having to have the rear axle bearing changed now and that doesn't seem right.
Could have better interior quality.
2008 Toyota Tundra Review:
Would I buy another Tundra? You bet I would. Have had great performance so far.
Gas mileage could be better but knew what to expect when I bought it with a big motor. (You gotta pay to play with the big boys.)
GREAT TRUCK.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Toyota Tundra?
Excellent power.
Truck holds its value well.
Good exterior appeal.
Smooth ride.
Toyota quality powertrain.
Cons: How would you improve 2008 Toyota Tundra?
Low quality interior materials given the price of the truck (other than the leather seats).
Gas mileage (expected, given the power).
The bed bounce issue is concerning, although it hasn't personally been an issue for me.
2008 Toyota Tundra Review:
Great truck so far. I have owned my crewmax limited for 1.5 years. I would buy one again. My biggest concern is the quality of the interior materials, particularly the cheap plastic on the doors and the upper dash. I owned a 2006 Tacoma TRD that had better quality plastics, etc. I'm not sure why Toyota chose to go with the cheap stuff with the Tundra. Considering the overall quality of the truck, the interior materials issue would not keep me from buying another Tundra.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Toyota Tundra?
Awesome power
Good handling
Good breaking
Great looking truck
Good ride
Plenty of towing for my 10500
5th wheel
Cons: How would you improve 2008 Toyota Tundra?
The motor noise is terrible. Still wondering if they will recall and do something about it. Sounds like my 7.3 diesel I had.
2008 Toyota Tundra Review:
Overall great truck. Just fix the noise in engine.

Pros: What do you like about 2008 Toyota Tundra?
Great performance
Good looks
Toyota Quality
Cons: How would you improve 2008 Toyota Tundra?
Interior material leaves a lot to be desired
No moon roof option on Double Cab model
Leather only available in Limited edition
Poor factory audio system, even with the JBL upgrade
Gas mileage
Bed bounce on highway
2008 Toyota Tundra Review:
Overall great truck, Toyota quality. As for performance, you would be hard pressed to find an equal in another 1/2 ton truck. Too bad they fell short on the interior.
