Pros: What do you like about 2009 Audi Q5?
Good ground clearance for snow.
All wheel drive.
Good cargo space.
Cons: How would you improve 2009 Audi Q5?
Street searching in Navigation system cannot be limited to the state you are in. Entering just a street name displays all streets with the same name in the country.
Navigation scroll feature has thick cross hairs that block map information.
Headlight switch is poorly located. Knee hits it when entering and exiting the car.
Transmission feels like it is geared to low.
2009 Audi Q5 Review:
Do not buy the MMI Navigation/Audio system unless you enjoy having it on every time you start the vehicle. You have two choices when starting your car. 1) The display comes on and the radio/media begins playing. OR 2) The display comes on with an Audi advertisement screen and the radio/media is off. Trying to blank the Audi advertisement screen causes the radio/media to come back on. You cannot start the car with the display and audio off. This is extremely annoying! I contacted Audi customer care. The representative verified this operation. I was told this operation is normal and they have no plans to fix it. There is no software/firmware update available to address this problem.

Sounds to me like Ken's review submitted 11/23/09 was posted to rebuke my initial review posted on 8/15/09. Makes me wonder if he works for Audi.
If you are planning to buy the Audi with navigation, ask the dealer how to obtain and how often navigation map updates are available. I could not get a satisfactory answer.
You can't hide the truth. I stand by my initial review.

Performance Wise Excellent, Audi Drive Select is excellent on this model, Drives smooth, Nice looking crossover.
Cons: How would you improve 2009 Audi Q5?
The seat should have auto reposition when turning on/off engine so knee doesn't have to bump steering wheel when entering/leaving.
Navigation with a scroller can be mind bottling. Should put keypad instead as interface.
The drink trays location is just beside the gearbox/media control could be potential hazard.
2009 Audi Q5 Review:
Overall this car is charm of a SUV crossover with its unique taste. If you want something different than the other cross over, should definitely check this out.
