Pros: What do you like about 2009 Ford Flex?
Interior quality is fantastic.
Second row leg room is great and 3rd row is like most of the competitions' 2nd row.
Excellent ride.
AWD is amazing.

Cons: How would you improve 2009 Ford Flex?
More power.
Telescopic steering wheel.

Pros: What do you like about 2009 Ford Flex?
I love the comfort and roominess.
The ride is very smooth and the styling of the car is unique.
The Limited edition offers many bells and whistles such as heated leather seats, Sync, built-in DVD, which we appreciate.

Cons: How would you improve 2009 Ford Flex?
We've had a number of small things go wrong that are perhaps the result of poor quality control.
Also, we had to replace the rear breaks at 30000 miles. This is a very costly repair. I've never had to pump so much money into a relatively new car before.

2009 Ford Flex Review:
Overall, a very decent family car. I would recommend Ford install brake pads that make some noise before they're completely worn through and the rotors are irreparably damaged. The brake issue would make me reconsider purchasing another Ford. When this car is 4 or 5 years old, I might trade it in for another Passat Wagon with standard transmission.

Lots of room.
Good on gas.
Very powerful.

Cons: How would you improve 2009 Ford Flex?
Noisy whistle noise from Driver's mirror once you reach 50 MPH or more.
It would also be nice if Ford would have parts handy for it.
Rear brakes wore out at 30,000 miles (front ones were like new).

Pros: What do you like about 2009 Ford Flex?
Ride and handling, gas mileage is very good.
Very quiet.
Fit and finish is very good. The flex is very well built. Not like the Olds that I had.

Cons: How would you improve 2009 Ford Flex?
Six cd player in the SE model.
Little more padding in seats.
Improve front leg room on driver side.
Exhaust covers rear window in winter time, makes blind spot. Put side exhaust.

Handling, styling, comfort, fit & finish, ample room for 7.

Needs a telescopic steering wheel.
A little more power would be nice.
The trannie seems to hunt for gears at times.

2009 Ford Flex Review:
I am very impressed with this vehicle, it surprised me! The cabin is extremely quiet. I have the opportunity to drive many different vehicles and this one stands out.

Ford got it right!

Styling.
Comfort.
Decent gas mileage for a car its size.

Cons: How would you improve 2009 Ford Flex?
Fit and finish of moldings and rear panels, and hatch. Rear hatch is crooked and been in to fix leak twice and still leaks. They tell me fit of rear hatch is a problem and you have to live with it. I am also dealing with the worst dealership I have ever seen.

Very roomy.
Smooth ride.
Good gas mileage 21/25.

Cons: How would you improve 2009 Ford Flex?
Trans shifts different each time I drive it. Rear lift gate is cocked and will leak if fit properly. (says Ford service) so leave it alone. Thanks for the defective lift gate! Ford also has no fix for hard shifting trans, and they want me to keep this vehicle 2FMDK53C29BA16691, CHECK IT OUT!

2009 Ford Flex Review:
I am not happy with their service for these defects that = very poor quality.
