Pros: What do you like about 2009 Honda CR-V?
Good looking vehicle that gets great gas mileage and is comfortable.
Engine has plenty of power.
Cons: How would you improve 2009 Honda CR-V?
I would start by asking Honda to replace the tires on my CRV without charging me anything. It has been a known fact that Honda has used this brand, Bridgestone tires, on a lot of there vehicles dating as far back as 2006. There have been hundreds of complaints of these tires wearing prematurely. My tires are bald at 17,000 miles. Honda corporation and my central Wisconsin dealer, whom I bought the vehicle from, will only pay for half of the cost to replace my tires, even though they have known for years that these tires are of very poor quality. I will never buy another Honda vehicle ever again because of the distrust I feel for Honda and the dealer I bought it from!

Pros: What do you like about 2009 Honda CR-V?
Steering is precise, comfortable.
Power is very adequate for my purposes - hills, highway and around town.
Quieter that previous CRVs we have had.
Fit and finish is great.
We appreciate the improved fuel consumption - we were happy with previous CRVs.
I most appreciate the Vehicle stability assist. We live on a steep hill.
If we do not slide down, the CRV will go up without slipping or zig zagging.
Cons: How would you improve 2009 Honda CR-V?
It does not carry two Mountain Bikes. Our first CRV (this is the third) The CRV was acquired initially because it advertised its ability to carry a Mountain bike inside. This will carry only 1 bike easily, because streamlining of the rear has resulted in needing to place the handle bars/front end in the middle of the car while pinching the rear wheel between the folded rear seat and the door pull. No room for two with out disassembly.
Easily removable rear seats, or a slightly longer wider-at-the-rear cargo area would help.
2009 Honda CR-V Review:
Overall we are very happy with our first 10,000 Km.
