Pros: What do you like about 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
I really like the style of this vehicle. It was a toss up between the Terrain and the Equinox. I went with the 2011 Mocha Steel, 1LT with the premium package. The Terrain just seemed a little to boxed to me and didn't feel like it had as much cargo space as the Equinox.
Cons: How would you improve 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
ADD THE FOG LIGHT FEATURE!!! or at least make it accessible to buy and install! I have been blogging about where to get the fog light kit, and apparently there isn't one! I wouldn't have bought the car had I known that. But I am constantly searching everyday...hopefully I come across something.
2010 Chevrolet Equinox Review:
Overall I am happy with my purchase, just wish I could get my fog lights.

Pros: What do you like about 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
It is very nice to drive and has enough power.
Cons: How would you improve 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
The back window is too small or high for backing up and the interior material on the seats is hard to clean and dash scratches too easily.
The rubber came off the back door right after I bought it. Seems hard to get the right one ordered in and the airbag service light came on.
The exterior parts are so pricey like the roof rack. I think it should have come on the rig when bought and in July you couldn't get the fog lights yet.

Pros: What do you like about 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
Great mileage, drives great, great looks inside and out.
All except the ugly black covers in place of the fog lights. I can't believe they couldn't come up with something better looking then that. It ruins the whole look of the front of the suv. They could have at least come up with something with chrome or made it an option to get the fog lights on the LT1.
Other then that I love the Equinox.
Cons: How would you improve 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
Offer the option to buy the fog lights or come out with something better looking to replace the ugly black covers.
2010 Chevrolet Equinox Review:
Love to drive, real comfortable to drive, great mileage - have gotten as good as 32.9 mpg.
A pain to keep clean but it seems to rain every other day.
Love this suv.

Pros: What do you like about 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
I love the look of it now, gets confused with the Traverse a lot in parking lots.
The layout inside to me is great, forms around you, kinda sporty but also sit up like a full size suv.
Has a lot of power in the 4cyl on the flat roads of Florida.
Gas mileage seems to be right on for me about 30 hwy with air on at 75 mph with cruise.
Love the radio/air setup.
I could keep going.....
Cons: How would you improve 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
Chevrolet, why not tint the windows on the LS model? Can't cost that much more. But dealer did it for $200 with lifetime warranty.
Haven't found any real complaints with it so far. Nose prints on the glass when I come out of the grocery store.
2010 Chevrolet Equinox Review:
Compared to what I have been driving (Suburban, which I love) the gas mileage is terrific. It still feels like I'm driving a big vehicle. I got the LS model and even at base model it has a lot of stuff, and I think it looks sporty without the roof racks. It is fun to manual shift, works great for traffic. Everyone that sees it ask me about it and wants to see inside.

Pros: What do you like about 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
This is the first car I have bought for myself since high school and loved it when I saw it inside and out. I had to wait to get the color I wanted but am glad I did. I should have stood firm on all of the extras instead of settling for the first car that came along. I could have gotten a better deal too if I had waited but live and learn.
Cons: How would you improve 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
I am fighting to get the mileage that I should get and have taken the car back to the dealer to see what they can get. Am only getting around 22 mpg highway instead of 32 mpg - big difference! That is my only complaint but it's a big one since that was the decision maker for my purchase so if they can't get me a good reason that it's not getting the proper miles then I guess I made the wrong choice! Make sure you test drive freeway before deciding.

Pros: What do you like about 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
Well, my wife thinks it's the most beautiful car in the world. She's happy I'm happy. I have the LTZ v-6 36,000$.
Cons: How would you improve 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
The cruise control varies in hilly terrain, From 1 to 4 mph. Keeping 5th 6th gear in and out,and I think it has too much play in the front motor mount. When you get down on the gas petal, your really fighting the steering wheel. Needs tighter motor mounts.
Also, I can't believe GM didn't put remote garage opener built in. Looks cheap with my remote hanging on sun visor.
And need to put blinkers on the mirrors.
Can't believe I got to pay for nav, satellite radio and on -star ((((wow!

Pros: What do you like about 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
I was very happy with my 2010 Equinox (purchased Nov. 20) until January 16th, 2010.
Cons: How would you improve 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
On January 16th, my radio stopped working. Then the entire Climate Control system stopped working. After several calls to Chevy, I was informed there is a RECALL on the Climate Control center. Of course, has anyone been notified of this? I was also told the repair parts are back-ordered and "we are sorry." In the meantime, I have a brand new car with no radio - no use of the XM trial period - and my Climate Control is permanently stuck on defrost and 70 degrees. Chevy will contact me in 10 days! Unbelievable! You may be next. (And you will be old "we're very sorry and we are working on it.") Very disappointed in Chevy and in this purchase.
2010 Chevrolet Equinox Review:
See above. Plus - Chevy should have sent out recall notices. Plus when I asked about missing out on the XM trial period, I was told to call them myself. A nice courtesy would have been for them to do that for me! Especially after I had been on hold with Chevy for over 20 minutes.

Pros: What do you like about 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
Great gas mileage compared to my previous SUV [Suburban].
The body lines are a pleasure to look at.
Dash is laid out in an easy to understand way.
Interior has had some thought put into it by Chevrolet, they nailed it for the price !
Never thought I would use it but the rear wiper has came in handy.
On-Star, who would have thought that an old geezer such as myself [62] would ever give it a thumbs up 5 star rating. *****
Happy with the purchase - too bad Chevrolet waited so long to get it RIGHT.
Cons: How would you improve 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
Front seats need to have the seat cushions adjustable where you can adjust the [Where your knees are] front side up.

Pros: What do you like about 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
The exterior is a 10.
The inside looks awesome also, the ride is great, super quiet on the freeway.
Backup camera is useful and the cloth seats are outstanding.
Feels very tight even on the worst roads.
MPG on highway drive is outstanding, 30+ mpg.
The 4 banger is strong if your not afraid to wind it out.
The 2LT has lots of cool options.
Cons: How would you improve 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
Speedo mark are to small, maybe make it go to 120mph instead of 140(LOL) and make the marks and numbers clearer, bigger(yes I know about the digital setting in the DIC display).
Need bluetooth music steaming and music voice control like Fords SYNC.
Make USB music settings stay, not reset on startup(like random).
Make a light come on or something to tell it's in AWD.
Heated cloth seats.
All nit-picking above.
2010 Chevrolet Equinox Review:
Well worth the 2 month wait when I ordered it. I think it's a great looking and very solid and quiet ride. I love it, Honda and Toyota eat your hearts out, your turn to play catch up.

Pros: What do you like about 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
Very quite, nice new exterior and upgraded interior.
Hopefully MPG is around the 26-30 range.
It's fun to drive.
Back up camera.
Cons: How would you improve 2010 Chevrolet Equinox?
Add power adjustment for the passenger seat.
Lower the rear headrests a bit for better rear view.
Add blind spot detection to the mirrors.
2010 Chevrolet Equinox Review:
Test drove a new 2LT Equinox, 2.4 engine, found vehicle very quite, fairly good power for a small engine, seems well matched to the 6 speed transmission.
Exterior/Interior styling is much nicer then the old version and way better then the RAV4 and CRV. Pricing as compared to the imports allows us to upgrade to the LTZ model. After test driving all 3 brands, we have decided to purchase the Equinox as our truck lease will be expiring in the spring.
It's about a 2 1/2 month wait to obtain one as demand has the plant running full out with 3 shifts to keep up.
Overall, Good job GM.
