2010 Toyota Venza Review:
I have had Venza for about 10 months and absolutely like it. Would recommend anyone looking for CUV. I do not have sunroof on my vehicle therefore cannot confirm the other reviewer's complain.

Pros: What do you like about 2010 Toyota Venza?
Good car except for the sunroof, unless you can afford $1000 repair every few months.
Cons: How would you improve 2010 Toyota Venza?
Glass between sunroof and windshield disintegrates like tissue paper.
Interior plastic dash has a cheap look and feel.
2010 Toyota Venza Review:
I own a 2010 Venza with a panorama roof and would have reconsidered my purchase had I known about the problems with the small piece of glass between the sunroof and the windshield. This small strip of glass slopes at a steep angle when the sunroof is open. It is built of tempered glass that breaks very easily. The glass should be designed with the same, or greater, impact resistance as the windshield. It is not even close.
I recently paid Toyota $950 to have it replaced. The entire piece disintegrated during normal driving and I never noticed a rock strike. Unlike a windshield, that will have a small spider crack from a rock strike, this small strip of glass totally disintegrates. I tried to buy a replacement made of either laminated glass or a solid piece and Toyota was not helpful at all. I wrote directly to Toyota and they only told me that this was not a warranty issue and would do nothing to help me.
I am afraid to drive with the sunroof open again. All I can do now is share my story with others so that they understand what they are getting when they buy the Venza.
