Pros: What do you like about 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid?
1. Nice ride - like a regular car. The 6-speed transmission helps give a ride that does not feel like a golf cart.
2. Handles very well. I like the way it takes curves. It cruises on the highway very smoothly. There is no tendency to drift to either side while driving, braking or accelerating. The accelerations are smooth.
3. Gas mileage has been very good. City is 40-44 mpg and 45-49 on the highway. Mileage is sensitive to whether the terrain is flat or hilly. The mileage is best on flat roads. I have found the mileage is a bit better about 2-4 mpg on octane 89 vs octane 87 gas. The 89 octane is usually 10 cents a gallon more, but this is more than compensated by higher gas mileage.
4. The base model comes with a lot of features such as push button start and dual temperature controls. I particularly like the Bluetooth which easily connected to my Blackberry and enables truly hands free, "eyes on the road" phone usage. The Bluetooth transfers the phonebook from the cell phone to the car so that you can call any number listed in your phonebook.
5. Styling inside and outside is attractive. The car gives the image of speed and agility.
Cons: How would you improve 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid?
Would have liked heated seats as an option without having to buy the navigation package. This is not a major issue because heated seats can be added for a few hundred bucks.
2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Review:
Excellent car that is a pleasure to drive, cheaper and roomier than comparably equipped cars such as Ford Fusion hybrid and Toyota Camry hybrid. The mileage that I get is comparable to a Prius, and the Hyundai Sonata hybrid is much more fun to drive and much roomier. I would definitely and have recommended this car to friends or family members considering a car.

Pros: What do you like about 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid?
I just change my car from Toyota Prius to Hyundai hybrid.
What I like is the Design exterior and interior.
Roadside assistant and warranty.
You can really get 40 Mpg on highway, unlike Toyota Prius 52 Mpg.
Cons: How would you improve 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid?
Road noise compare to Toyota Camry and Toyota Prius.

Great gas mileage.
Love the stylish sleek design of the car.
Reasonably priced for a hybrid.
5 year road side assistance (better than Toyota) and the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty can't be beat.
Also love the blue tooth feature and the ipod jack!
We also got a free tank of gas and a free oil change. Love the little freebies.

These cars are hot selling. It was tough finding the color we wanted. The premium model was almost non-existent on the dealer lots. We did get a leather and heated seat upgrade.
No remote starter available.
2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Review:
It looks and feels like a regular car. This could be because of the combined 206 horsepower. It doesn't compromise on space or looks either. Definitely best car in its class.

Nice appearance.
Drives smoothly.
Very nice and functional interior.
Bluetooth is very effective for phone use.
Lots of good extras such as locked gas cap, push button start etc.
Husband likes the gas mileage that I now get (we both have Sonata hybrids).

Would have liked a heated seat option in the base package.

Very quiet.
Very roomy.

Needs mud guards. I think they will have them soon.
2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Review:
So far a great car. Handles very well on the road. Love the back-up camera and also lets you know what your car is doing at the touch of button.
I save about 200.00 dollars a month on gas and this is a mid size car, so I am very pleased.
