Pros: What do you like about 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class?
Any car buff should drive one.
Hear the pipes and motor sing.
Fill your back being squeezed into the seat back.
The power is phenomenal.
All the gadgets are fun and functional.
Led lights are beautiful and very very bright.
Cons: How would you improve 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class?
Just go get yourself CLS 63 AMG.

The most beautiful car ever built.
Cons: How would you improve 2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class?
Improvement would be impossibly at current time. Maybe in a few years, when the technology improves a bit.
Lowering the price so that more people can drive this perfection may be the best improvement Mercedes can make.
2012 Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class Review:
The best Mercedes ever built, if not the best car ever.
